Chögyam Trungpa (1940–1987)—meditation master, teacher, and artist—founded Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, the first Buddhist-inspired university in North America; the Shambhala Training program; and an international association of meditation centers known as Shambhala International. I read this book at the pace of a few pages a day or until a thought is fully presented. I try to hold on to that thought for the whole day. I repeat this process often. I am not in any hurry to finish this book from page one to last. I feel that this book is not about finding out what is given in this book. For me this book is a practice book that I use on a daily basis.

He's my man!!!!! The "second Yana" on the path. Just started after finishing the "first". I have been so clever all of these years!!! Thank you & blessings, Rinpoche.

These books are absolutely amazing and can change your life in ways you never thought possible. As for the condition of the book when it arrived, I'm not entirely pleased. There is quite a bit of VERY obvious water damage to the book when it arrived. That's just not acceptable. These books are a treasure to humanity, and should be treated as such.

A great compilation of the brilliant teachings of Chögyam Trungpa. The book arrived fairly quickly and its’ comfition was pretty close to new. Excellent deal.

The second book in a trilogy thoroughly outlining the Mahayana path. I highly recommend it t anyone interested in this particular path.

Nothing compares to this comprehensive second of three volumes describing the path of the three Yanas. This is an astonishing compilation.
